    Jewelry distributors and mass jewelry merchandisers Man Sang Holdings Inc announced it has posted to its website a video film recording of its presentation regarding MHJ's plans for China Pearls and Jewellery City ("CP&J City") held on June 5, 2006 Las Vegas.

    Man Sang Holdings Inc participated in this year's JCK Jewelry Show in
    Las Vegas from June 3 to June 7, 2006 in which it also hosted a presentation on CP&JCity. This presentation was designed to help manufacturers, wholesalers, buyers and sellers to better understand the progress MHJ has been making with this project as well as its plans for this year and forward.

    Mr. Cheng Chung Hing, Ricky Chairman of Man Sang Holdings, Inc. and China Pearls and Jewellery City Holdings Ltd. states, "We are delighted to be making such great strides in our effort to unveil
    CP&JCity as one of the world's largest trading platforms for pearls and jewelry.

    This will, in essence, be a one-stop-shop for buyers and sellers as well as producers, manufacturers, etc. Our presentation film will provide a better understanding of
    CP&JCity and Man Sang's role in it."

    Man Sang Holdings Inc and its subsidiaries are one of the world's largest purchasers and processors of Chinese cultured and freshwater pearls. The Man Sang Group is principally engaged in the purchasing, processing, assembling, merchandising and wholesale distribution of pearls, pearl jewelry and other jewelry products.
