5mm pearl studs?

I have been searching high and low for pearl studs around 5mm in size for every day wear. Most sites show 6-7mm as being the smallest which is too large for what I am after. I have really small (or rather non-existent) ear lobes and through trial and error know that closer to 5mm is my ideal size.

At this stage I will be happy with either freshwater or Akoya (should I post in that thread also?).

Any help on who may have what I am after would be greatly appreciated.
