This one was a real bi#^& to make !! I had to redo it twice and half !! Those strands did not want to place themselves as I wanted them to !!
2mm and 6.5-7mm FW and silver clasp.
I'm alomost happy with the result...

Oooooooo, so dramatic! Love itAlso feel your pain on getting multi-stranders to "play nicely with each other".
Beautiful! I love the spacings - so much more dynamic than when pearls are evenly spaced ....
Goodness! That is absolutely gorgeous! Hats off to your patience in completing this piece.![]()
Looking at those pictures I see what I did not see in the mirror......three strands need to be redone..... Well...tomorrow I will start cutting again........LoL
Ivona
Personally I like the slight overlap of the strands..if that's what you are going to changeI would never, ever have the patience to string all those tiny little pearls! Well done, nice design!
That's gorgeous. getting random placement is hard, never mind the strands laying well. HM The Queen has one three strand necklace with the shortest strand needing a pearl. Every time she wears it I itch to add one
Overlap is fine.. On one side I see three bigger pearls aligned by the clasp not nice! And the shortest strand is too short.

If the shortest strand is a pearl too short then the whole thing is a Diamond Jubilee Homage to Her Majesty!
LoL..... Homage on the human scale.......

Actualy, I have a rather posh wedding to attend. I have an of one shoulder dress. I wanted something delicate but rich to complement it. I'll wear it with tassel on the back. What do you think?
Ivona
I think you will get many many compliments! It's stunning, Ivona, just amazing!

I LOVE it, I love the crossing over strands and the balance of itty-bitty pearls with the larger!
