Wow, I love the metalwork (filigree) or would you call it an embellishment? Gorgeous design!

those are some very lovely pieces, you should keep all of them
Regarding your questions about the necklace, we select all our pearl by hand one by one, sometimes out of many kilos only a handful or less which we prepare to be sold.
The silver blue gray ones are even more tricky, the particular necklace took several years until we had all pearls together.
I agree instead of emeralds it would also look great with rubies or even tanzanites.

Wonderful photos, great way to start my day! I got sidetracked scrolling through Sven's facebook jewelry photos...gorgeous!
Sven,
It does not surprise me to hear it will take a few years in order to find sufficient silver colour baroques for a necklace.
Hence I was so happy when I came across this SSP necklace when I was in HK, and had to buy it:
The pearls are semi-round, and surface finish quite good for what I paid for the necklace. And I was able to get a 10mm diamond ball clasp to go with it at the same time.
I shall PM you later if that is ok, to ask for advice on how to start acquiring silver SSP baroques for a necklace, as I really like the one I posted the link from your eBay shop earlier.

Ladies, thanks for your kind words.
The SSP pendant is from eBay Shop GemstonesPlusPearls, and they currently have similar listings.

I'm the one who got the monster...in fact, took it to show off at the last ruckus. Haven't yet done anything with that one, but here's a photo of a somewhat smaller (but still enormous) silvery monster that I made into a pendant - nice that I didn't have to drill it for this setting.

Just by co-inky-dinky, Pearl Paradise has a special on SS baroque singletons for June. ca, $100 will get you a small klonk, and they go up in size from there. http://www.pearlparadise.com/ scroll down a bit and look to the left.
He He Sheri, how have you been? I love the pendant !
Uh Oh yes of course we sure will let you know, even though as you said that is going to be quite a task !
Sven
Thanks to Sven's help and advice, I have now started my "Wilma Flintstone" baroque SSP necklace project, and purchased my first pearl for it!
I hope I shall have sufficient fund to purchase enough pearls for a 18in necklace in time for my 50th Birthday in Feb 2015.
Wish me luck!

Hi DKAN! Is he going to keep them all together at his place do he can color-match? Are you going for non-color-match, like a Smorgasbord?
Hi Sheri! There you go again, that's another WOW Factor item. Truly special.
