Hi,
I may well be completely off here, but I seem to see several 'potato-shaped' pearls in the pictures. Akoya pearls don't come in that shape. The layer of nacre is not very thick so it's hard for akoya pearls to develop very far from 'round'. Pearls with this kind of varion of shape seems to me to be freshwater pearls.

They appear to be semi-baroque akoya pearls.

They are pretty small, round and good luster so I'm going with Akoya.
Well matched, good luster and good size gold baskets. A classic pair!
That's a lovely pair of Akoya studs!![]()
These earrings were purchased at ebay and the seller is hs_jewellery_watches.

So,maybe you're wrong that these are Akoya pearls?!
Very beautiful pearls! One of the pearls is slightly off round, so my first guess when I saw the pics was freshwater. But I'm no expert in Akoya, and the pearls seem to have luster that can match Akoya. So, whether they're FWP or Akoya, you have lovely pearl earrings for sure.
