Advice please, what to do after removing pearls from post with "Attack"

I was trying to remove pearls from posts using Attack for the first time. I soaked the earrings in Attack overnight and took them out this morning. Do you know what I should do to clean the pearls and post after that? I am scared that Attack is a harsh chemicals that any residue might do harm to my skin if I do not clean the pearls and posts the right way. Any advice is very much appreciated. Thanks

Just rinse them in water and you should be fine.
