Default Looks Like a Good Buy - But Is It?

Tahitian pearls - baroque - 9-11mm in size, unstrung and not drilled (which is no problem) - 18" length (if strung temporarily). Asking price is $240 USD...what do you think? I was thinking of buying, but is it a good price?

I am not the expert on Tahitian pricing, but that sounds OK for that necklace.

I think you did alright. Luster seems good. Pearls are colorful, not lots of circles. From the angles of the photos, I can't tell the symmetry of how well the strand is matched.

For the price that seems fine esp if it does come out at 18 inches which is a bit longer than standard. I'm guessing you want something unsymetrical and you can play around with the arrangement of the pearls anyway

The look much nicer than the ones I posted that were a bit less $..tho the ones I posted were a bit larger...that trade-off of size for surface I guess. Yours are much prettier..
