When I think high-end, I think refined taste, and also high maintenance.

Can you wait until Mother's Day? If there is a coupon code from PP, some WSS baroque strand will be about $810 with 10% off.

I'd ask for close ups on the Tahitians.

Thanks "momi' - good advice - I am getting bit indifferent to them the more I look at them. I might ask them to send some photos of some slightly more expensive ones and see how much it improves.

Edit post and quotes aren't working for me I will have a look at PP and guestimate at the future prices! Good thought.

warthog is a very glamorous hog, or hogette !

if you single click 'reply with quote', pause, then single click again - it works

    same with 'edit'

Too funny, Katbran And I agree with the HHJH.

I have an unfortunate love for saltwater pearls and still lack a strand of SSP in my collection. At least I can comfort myself with the fact that my natural color akoya from Sarah, Kojima, have been mistaken for baby SSP.

Good luck with your purchase. Nothing wrong with being discerning

    Ah.

I was awoken early yesterday, as a special treat for Mothering Sunday. Lucky me!

Well I was awoken early today and felt like it was Smothering Monday - was about 80F in the room and one of my little Schnauzers 'Max" was lying across the top of my head.

I'm gonna keep and eye out for the sale.
