Thanks, Caitlin. I was wondering if my post would get deleted, but they made me so mad I said it anyway, on the theory that the truth is its own defense... I usually don't like it when people are too quick to state negatives about a company any more than about a person. After all, there's usually a big gray area there called "misunderstanding," and that is someone's livelihood. However, when I have to go through several *levels* of trouble with them and every layer is BS, then I am done. Grrr!
