Hi everyone, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to pearl farming. I'd love to start my own modest freshwater farm. Anyone who could help me get my thing together over here (Belgium, that is)?

Ideally, I would be using an indoor space of 100m², but I can also use an outdoor freshwater pond.

I am sure there is a lot to know about pearl farming, but here's where my first thoughts go to:

1) equipment needed
2) how to get the first 'spat' right
3) basics about the actual pearl farming (do's and don'ts & any tips and tricks)

I would be most grateful if someone could help me out here...
