    Default Question about flameballs

I'm thinking about making a flameball necklace of pearls that are 19-22mm by 9-14mm. Would the necklace be too heavy if it were all flameballs or should I make a tin cup? Thanks, Kate

Hi Kate, I have some that size, about 20 inches long or more, not to heavy for me! All flameballs is really dramatic! Try it, then if you decide it isn't for you, go tin cup!

That sounds great. The person I want to make them for is pretty tall and usually wears larger jewelry but I was worried about the weight. Round pearls are not her style, but flameballs suit her perfectly. Thanks so much for the response. I feel confident now that I can proceed. Kate
