After shells , now are the pearls.
What about this earring? Isn't an interesting model?
How old and where from in your opinion?

The carved face is exquisite. I would keep pearls in it.

The carved shells are beautiful. And the earring very charming and pure. I don't have time right now to research, but it certainly is fun to follow along!

OK, OK, how many PG members in the fan club "story of the pearl" ?
So where these 1800 years old earrings are from ?
If you got your "degree" in pearl history of summer 2008 (see link under my signature" for a revision) you should know....

The game is wonderful... don't stop.
I did know the melo melo... the earrings above look almost Egyptian to me, but the timing is out...

Havent played this game before - my thought would be that they are Mesopotamian.

A beautiful work. I wish we could see it when all the stones were still in it. I love the wreath effect of the leaves curving out the top. Is that a moonstone at the bottom?

Yes, agree with GemGeek, also admiring the delicate work on the tiny hinges--------
