People just have to know that the court of trade of Papeete brought back the GIE Perle de Tahiti in a new status: My English is not good enough, but the company still exist and it is manage by a king of lawyer.
It does not mean that the GIE would be able to paid all the contracts ... but they should try to find a way to arrange things between the GIE and the different concerned actors ...
sorry for my poor English for the business vocabulary.

The tax on exported pearls is officially back, and theoretically retroactive.
I suppose no-one will be able to pay it anyways. The whole thing will eventually be dropped...
