at harry winston's store in the forum shops at caeser's palace, las vegas. white south sea, 12-13 mm i think, 18" long. retail price: $92,000. i like pearls, and these were pretty nice, but there's no way i'd ever pay that much for that strand, even if i had that kind of money.

That is true retail for you! I once say a pair of 13mm Tahitian pearl earrings in Vegas (simple studs) for $7900.
