Default Pearls and pearling in 1913

I don't know if this link will work. But I told someone earlier about a book in Google Books called "Pearls and pearling" from 1913 that provides some interesting information about pearls in America.

I have "Pearls and Pearling Life" by Streeter. A good book as well, published in the late 1800s.

I've been looking it over. Its also online. Its interesting to read from a perspective thats pre cultured pearl. It keeps you cognesent of how young this industry really is in the big scheme.
