    Default Grandma's pearls (now mine)

    These are my three pearls. I need to ask Grandma when she bought them. One of them is a very 'rich' ivory. I love the two in the pale silvery blue-grey. I would love to have a full set in that color. (Once I figure out what kind of pearls they are and what that shade is called).

    It's a litte hard to tell but by the roundness and the luster, they look like Akoyas. Also, the coloring leads me to believe they are Akoyas as well. You can find Akoyas with both the cream/rose tones which the middle one appears to have and the strong silver/gray tones the other two have.

    Thanks! Time to start saving. Hmm, I've said that a lot since I stumbled into here. What do you people put in the water?
