    You are right about the worrying quote. Pre-fretting about something that may or may not happen only stresses us out.

    This is the first time I'm reading this. I'm SO glad you're alright. It's sometimes difficult to figure out if what one feels is "nothing" or "something". And yes, survival is key. The smartest thing in certain situations is to tolerate the intolerable just to get on the other side of it and then heal and continue living.
