    Naturally formed bubble jade beads.

I've been working on processes to get it to this stage. There's still some shock and drilling tests to perform.

These are abundant at the mine and soon to be available in wholesale and gem quality lots.

In this image. they're about 1-3cm. I have some smaller and quite a bit larger in conglomerated form. The process involves minor crushing into washable pieces, then tumbled overnight to release individual bubbles.

What isn't used as natural beads can be shaped into cabochons with beautiful results. There remains other pieces, shapes and clusters suitable for pendants, earrings and other things.

Something to add value to available jade, while we survey for large blocks and boulders.

One year ago today, I rediscovered the lost Cap 12 jade mine by treking high into the Southern Chilcotin Mountains.

Like the terrain, working with jade has a steep learning curve.

Now that jade season is near, we're looking forward to producing more of these in the fall.

Congratulations!!! You sure did a lot of work during that year. I'm very happy and excited for your bangles, as I'm sure you are too!

Standing on the tabletop, cheering, Dave! Well, okay, not literally lol, but in my mind and heart ... This is fantastic, and a harbinger of things to come A while (a LONG while) back in this thread I THINK I remember you talking about a bracelet one of your partners or friends had made from BC jade for his lady friend, smooth on most sides, but with a ridge of raw, rough jade down the center line. Am I remembering, or imagining? If yes, might there be a photo of that somewhere IF not too much trouble? If not available, no problem. Thanks for the peek at the first bangle!

Wow, Dave has really had some adventures! I never saw lightning jade.
The dark green jade would go well with green t's.

I like lavendar jade & was interested in a piece once. Jade is so hard to buy as its dyed & treated...

This was on my radar but it was expensive & just could not chance it was grade A as isted.

It was platinum so of course it peaked my interest!
