That is a sweet clasp. I looks like a 50's design from Coro Jewels. Ebay link for 2nd hand Coro jewelry. If the clasp is gold and real stoones, it would be a whole other ballpark.

They could be faux pearls. To see if they are, rub two together gently, should be lightly gritty if cultured, smooth if faux.
