| Hi - what do you think of these pearls on ebay? the seller has a 10 year old valuation from tiffany's - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=330247177636 |

| That isn't a Tiffany's hallmark. Unlike Mikimotos, Tiffany, and Van Cleef & Arpels retain the lion's share of their original purchase price.

| Is this Tiffany? I'm getting my friend interested in pearls and she's a Tiffany fan. Looks like rice pearls that aren't even top quality with a tarnishable silver clasp. I wouldn't pay $300 for that ... rather a gem freshadama necklace. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....MEWA:IT&ih=010

| If you look at Tiffany's website that same bracelet has similar FW pearls which are not the gem quality we are used to seeing from the sellers on this forum. If your friend is a collector of all things Tiffany, that bracelet is still in production and she could probably do better by getting a new one free of wear/damage and with a firm provenance. |
