John Tu has cut back a little. He does a few West coast shows.

In the East, check for Intergem shows - International Gem & Jewelry Show, I think. Open to everyone. If you have a wholesale license, G&LW - Gem & Lapidary Wholesalers does a good show. You can google them and see if one comes near you. If you have never been to a trade show, they can be a lot of fun.

Hi Michelle,
I tried googling "Pennsylvania gem and mineral shows"--quite a few came up. Donno how many would be close to you, or worth checking out------this last Gem Faire was at a fairgrounds, and housed in 2 large adjoining rooms. Parking was free, that was nice! A bit off topic--but I did rephotograph the avatar!! Better, but still not quite as clear as I wanted. Another try later-------------she is very jealous of that photogenic Octavia-----------------!!

Pattye now I think of a winking woman when I think of you... as well as of sunstones! Love the photo! I am waiting for the DHL man to come this morning with some more of my goodies that I bought in China, then I will take an avatar photo!

My business cards say Patricia Saab Designs
An EYEFUL of pearls and gemstones

so I wanted something to compliment that-----------I also use a small silver triangular bead with 3 eyes on it to "tag" my creations--------

Please, Nerida, please post some larger photos of your new pearly treasures also!

Good branding! I love it!

Sitting surrounded by pearls at the moment... quite nice, really!

Hi All,

Just an idea, but..whenever I click onto the Profile tab at the top of the page, I always get sent to my user control panel, not my profile. The I have to go to the profile column on the left and hit profile again to get to my info. Is there anyway we could change it so we go directly to our profile first, then click a link for the control panel if needed? It would just seem to make more sense to me this way.

Just a thought.
Jen
