SO MANY PEARLS, SO LITTLE TIME----
The advantage of a humorous reminder is that it is stays in the memory for longer, because it makes you smile/laugh every time you think of it.....and that is why you want to think of it again and spread it, which serves the purpose of the warning so well... Cute message from your dentist! Thanks for sharing![]()

Good sports all, I know this wouldn't fly if I hadn't already spent a couple of years here…
Wanted to throw in another example of something that might fit this thread before leaving it to the Pearl Gods. Having read 'Law of Attraction' whereby what and how you think becomes reality, it appears I 'attracted' the aforementioned pearls from the dentist—as well as pearls from one of Spain's top chefs, Pedro Subijana of Restaurante Akelarre in San Sebastián, in a dish conceived and prepared as the first course of a gala menu offered to the Spanish Monarchs in Miami a couple of weeks ago.
**** con Beberechos y Perlas de Aceite de Oliva /Monk fish with Cockles and Olive Oil Pearls
(The Spanish term for monk fish unfortunately coincides in spelling with a prohibited English word!)
As the New York Times Food Section was sitting at our table, it didn't seem too strange that I would take a photo—thinking of all of you here, of course!

What is an olive oil pearl? And did you eat it?
I like the 3 rocket leaves as token vegetable!
Those olive oil pearls remind me of sweet sesame paste dumplings that I love
Mmmmm, monkfish, yum, yum! Fish is not something I cook often at home, hence I like to eat nice fish when I go outAnd I love sushi!

Treat every life situation like a dog: if you can't play with it, eat it, or hump it, p1$$ on it and walk away

When the economy is bad you just have to find a new way to market pearls. I looked up a French lab on the internet and found this instead. I thought red wine did it all. Just imagine what red wine and pearls can do to you:

Sounds like a way to reduce the tonnage of all those freshwaters piling up in China. Since it isn't the calcium carbonate that is different, it must be the conchilion. Or perhaps the idea of eating pearls has an effect on the thoughts........

Did you know?
There is no grain of sand in a natural pearl!
D McLaurin, pearl scientist and farmer has the proof.

Can a Grain of Sand Become a Pearl?
Maybe I should go upstairs and clean off my pearl drill for breakfast.![]()
