| Hello Everyone. I have an extra copy of this fab book if anyone is interested. I ordered, paid for, and received a copy in April. Last week the publisher sent me a 2nd copy that I did not order. Rather than go thru the hassel of returning this book overseas, I would prefer to sell it. The price I paid for this was US $144.00, and I can show proof of that if necessary.
