Of course, it is not really funny--Jeremy deals with "stolen" photos frequently. He knows just how to handle this kind of problem. I'm sure Amanda Raab does also.

The only "funny" part of this to me, was that they used the same names, phone numbers, etc. Soooo obvious an outright theft---I suppose they planned to go in later and change the names and phone numbers? It is hard to imagine why someone would go to that much work to set up a website and think it would go undiscovered. One certainly has to be vigilant to protect one's unique designs and presentations.

Hi Anna. Long time no see. I agree, I may have seemed insensitive to the seriousness of the theft situation. But, I agree with Pattye. In this particular instance, the thieves who are dumber than a box of rocks, sparked my laughter.

Yes, I almost posted a reply to this last night - so bad it's almost funny - but it just isn't funny when it will take time and money for Jeremy and Amanda to do something about it.

BTW the Lisa's Pearl website that was also lifted from PP's (which Raisonetre pointed out) has changed at least some of the content - don't know if that was due to any intervention on Jeremy's part or not... it still looks a bit dodgy though..

These aren't the first website thieves nor will they be the last, unfortunately. That's the price of being the best. Someone will always be trying to hitch a free ride.

I am back!

I took a look at this Web site while in Asia. I am not surprised by it in any way at this point. I think a new "copy" site seems to appear at least once per month these days. But it appears as though Amanda has already filed a DMCA against this one (although I have not had confirmation from her yet) because most of its pages do not return in Google and a message has been posted about the site's infringement. It is "nearly" invisible to the world after being yanked.
