| Howdy, I want to thank everyone for their input into this thread I started. I was very lucky in that recently I asked a business if they could possibly send a picture to me at my email address. I was surprised they did. At the time I did not know the great expense and time that went into taking photos of their pearls for sell and ended up buying the necklace from this business, because not only did they take the time to answer my request, but I fell in love with the necklace! I am not saying that one has got to do that to get/keep customers, but I must say, I was highly impressed.![]() |
