I would like to know the minimum temperatures that Akoya spat can survive in a normal farming environment.I know it depends on other parameters as well but as a guide ,what commercial farmers would consider a fairly safe minimum temperature for young spat . (10-15mm) . Also safe minimum and maximum temperatures for the adults.

Around 26-27 degrees C is adquate for spat. The temp should drop at leat 3 (4-5 being optimal) degrees C for growth. I would suggest speaking with a hatchery for absolute specs, though.
