| Natural as in natural-occuring blemishes, or natural pearls? Natural pearls are infinitely more valuable than cultured because of the rarity. They are in a whole different class altogether. However, for cultured pearls, I would say that the less blemished ones are more valuable. It is a personal preference, however, as to which one prefers. I love all pearls, from baroques to rounds, and I prefer minimal blemishing. For stud earrings they absolutely have to be perfect at least when visible to the eye.
