I found a very effective way recently to reduce my frequency of PG visits. Combine two things: 1) Work 60+ hours a week, then 2)Spend the overtime you're earning on something you've asked Jeremy and Jen to make for you. This means I have no time to log in and if I did log in I'd just see something else (like all those references to the City Strand!) I'd try to convince myself I need.
