| I agree that the piece does not look bad. But it is not as good as the pictured piece either. It does not have the same strong peacock colorations in all of the pearls. It also appears to be a multi-color strand in a couple of the photos.
Maybe, if you do like the piece, you can point this out and get a partial refund. You paid for a better piece and you had your heart set on a better piece. Taking such a close-up photo of a very unique piece and sending something entirely different is a sort of "bait-and-switch" in my opinion. You should not let it go until you are satisfied. |
