Yep, those are the parts. I think they would have to be soldered on to a metal base to really hold very well. I wouldn't trust glue. Then you could wire on the elements you have chosen.
You may also find at one of the online beading supply dealers a bar pin with loops to attach some drops of your choice. I found a couple at
www.artbeads.com. However, it is set so I was unable to copy the photos to show here. Good luck!
