| My goal is to have a large number of designers, both newbie as well as established. The designs don't have to compete at the Galatea level, but they do have to be unique and exhibit a high quality of workmanship.
I'm hoping that as we get new designers on-board, we can have contests in design as well as get people to vote on their favorite designs/designers.
Yes, I think a "design of the month" is a great idea once we have more designers.
