| Pics are good! it does look fabulous! No reason to believe it may not be real at all... you have doen tht "Tooth Test" and it it grainy against your teeth that is the general indicator if it is "real or fake" the only real sure way is to have it x-rayed to see..
depends on the type of Pearl maybe Akoya but many of them have a bead center, mine do and are close to round...
Most B&M sellers know little about pearls only what they have heard or were tought only enough "to get by and make the sale" As long as you are happy with it!
